Política de reembolso

At Stella's Closet, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a gift card for any approved returns. If you wish to exchange an item or receive store credit, you must request it within 14 days of receiving your item. Approved returns must be sent back to us within the following 14 days, or we cannot accept them.

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and packing slip.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us vía WhatsApp at 787-938-8882. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns to get a store credit and for the new shipping fees for exchanges. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will take care of the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items, and any items that are white or have glitter, sequins, pearls, stones, seasonal items among others. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.

Cancellations

All cancellations must take place within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 787-938-8882, providing the reason for cancellation and a copy of your order receipt or order number.
