Stella's Closet offers standard shipping options to both Puerto Rico and the USA. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed and shipped, the transit time will depend on the carrier and shipping service selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary, so please check the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier for more details.

Damages

Stella's Closet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit via USPS. Please verify all address and shipping information when placing an order, as orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced by Stella's Closet.
